How to make simple and sensible Biogas-fuel prices that continue to rise making the other necessities of life price getting higher without control. But that's the policy of the Government that must be approved by all the people of Indonesia. The policy is made not for the people's suffering is certainly in contrast to prosperity and well-being.

As small people can only be addressing with a positive attitude is like making alternative fuels other than FUEL that is derived from the fossil. For that on this occasion we discussed how to make biogas that is simple and reasonable meaning can be applied or practiced by anybody, don't require spacious grounds and cheap cost.

About Biogas

Biogas is a gas produced by the anaerobic fermentation (fermentation by Microbe vacuum) from the organic materials are biodegradable (organic material decomposes easily). Some organic materials that can be used as biogas it among other things such as animal waste, human waste, domestic household waste, etc. The main gasses produced from the fermented methane gas and carbon dioxide gas which is flammable, it is this gas that is in material replacement for the purposes of benefiting LPG gas or kerosene.

A Simple Way Of Making Biogas

1. Equipment and materials to make the Biogas are simple:
-Plastic Drum volume: 300 LTR 1 pcs (Drums)
-Plastic Drum volume: 250 LTR 1 pcs (Drums)
-Stop faucets: 1 pcs
-PVC Pipe
-Elastic Gas Hose
-Pvc pipe connections
Cow dung: 3-krg
-Starter: yeast bread

2. Preparation of simple Biogas:

-If the drum you purchase closed on both sides then make hole one side of the drum with a hacksaw.

Attach the elastic hose Installation (gas hose), pvc pipes and faucets in such a way on the ass drum-2 headed into the stove. Point to siphon gas from reactor to the drum stoves.

-Then prepare a solution of cow dung and water with a 1:1 comparison on drums-1. Stir until the solution is mixed evenly. To speed up the process of reaction add starter yeast form loaves, MB3 or the other that can be bought at stores agricultural means.

-After the second drum set: drum-1 (drum reactor) contains a solution of cow dung, drum-2 (reservoir gas) installed the installation of PVC pipe and plastic hose toward the stove, then the next step is let them drum-2 at immersing into the drum-1 position with her ass drum-2 is above (see figure installation)

-Wait for 2-3 weeks to start gas production lots, with marked drum-2 slowly ascending due to gas-filled.

-If the position of the drum-2 have gone up, meaning the biogas production already and can be used for the purpose of cooking every day. To get higher gas pressure give a stone or the other as a ballast in place above the drum-2.
